Definitions and Interpretation

In this 6tdms terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the 6tdms website, including all sub-pages, mobile applications and related services provided under the 6tdms.net domain.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 6tdms and has been accepted as a registered member.
• "Services" refers to all gambling products offered, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and badminton betting.
• "Account Cash" refers to the actual amount of money deposited by a member and available for use in betting.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or additional benefits granted by 6tdms to members subject to the applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets that must be placed by a member before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the 6tdms platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements that every registration applicant must meet:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Applicants must be individuals acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Applicants must not be on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account at any time.

At the time of registration, members are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. 6tdms reserves the right at any time to request a copy of the identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Once registration is complete, members are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through their account. 6tdms is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of an account where such access results from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Platform Use and Member Conduct

Members agree to use the 6tdms platform solely for lawful and responsible entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or custom scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Conducting any money laundering activity or transferring funds linked to financial crime through the platform.
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about 6tdms on any public platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to secure areas of the platform or to other members' accounts.

6tdms reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of activity that violates these terms. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. 6tdms's decisions regarding account closure and forfeiture of funds resulting from a breach of terms are final.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

6tdms offers a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to the member's account once the transaction is confirmed.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is received and verified. Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate and belong to the member.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, or to an account in the verified member's name. 6tdms reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering standards.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by 6tdms are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Members are encouraged to read and understand those terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM200, giving an account balance of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value — using the example above, the member must place bets totalling RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,200, the bonus given is RM1,000 (balance RM2,200) and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.

VIP Programme: Loyal 6tdms members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on membership level:

• 🥈 Silver Level — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• 🥇 Gold Level — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• 💎 Platinum Level — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

Progression to higher VIP levels depends on the member's activity and betting activity over time. 6tdms reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

Games and Betting

The 6tdms platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, badminton betting and arcade games. All games are operated by licensed software providers using independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play.

Members acknowledge that gambling involves an element of risk and that game outcomes are entirely random. Wins and losses are part of the gambling experience, and 6tdms makes no guarantees regarding game results.

6tdms reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained through technical errors, system failures or software bug exploitation. In such situations, the member is only entitled to a refund of the original bet amount. 6tdms's decision in this matter is final.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Members may close their account at any time by contacting 6tdms customer support. Before closure, all applicable bonus requirements must be met or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

6tdms provides a self-exclusion tool for members who feel their gambling activity needs to be restricted. Members may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion through customer support. During an active self-exclusion period, the member's account will be blocked from accessing any gambling services on the 6tdms platform.

6tdms also reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Identity verification could not be completed within the specified period.
• There is evidence of fraud, manipulation or serious breach of terms.
• The account is suspected of being used by an individual under the age of 21.
• Account activity is suspicious from an anti-money laundering perspective.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

6tdms provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 6tdms is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses suffered by members, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical failures, payment delays beyond 6tdms's control, or loss of data.

6tdms's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of cash deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. This disclaimer does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

6tdms respects the privacy of all its members. The collection, storage and use of members' personal data is governed by the 6tdms Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. Members are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy available on the website to understand how personal data is managed.

By registering an account with 6tdms, members agree that personal information may be shared with trusted third parties for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing and compliance with regulatory requirements. 6tdms will not sell or disclose members' personal data to other parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

6tdms reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or by registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes is considered the member's acceptance of the amended terms.

It is the member's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which 6tdms operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by 6tdms's licensing regulatory body.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
